RETURN POLICY FOR ONLINE ORDERS

You can return all products within 14 calendar days following the delivery date in their original condition and packaging, and with a valid purchase invoice. Products are returned at customer’s own costs.

The 14-day eligible returns window starts from the day you receive your package from us, and ends on the day you post the package back to us. Returns arriving with a postmark outside of the 14-day eligibility window will not qualify for a refund.

The item must be returned in its original condition and with all labels attached. Do not remove any labels from the purchased products should you wish to return the purchased product. We will not accept your return item if it has been worn, damaged, altered or without labels. 

If you wish to return an item simply complete the Returns and Exchanges form enclosed in your parcel and follow the steps outlined on the form. If you have lost or misplaced your Returns Form, please email customer@happyology.uk for a replacement.

Once the goods have been received by us, we will send you a confirmation email. If your return is accepted, we will process your exchange/refund within 10 working days.

Eligible returns are refunded the day that we receive them, but funds may be subject to standard bank processing times before appearing in your account.

CAN I RETURN MY ITEMS TO YOUR STORE?

Sorry, currently we do not accept exchange and refund at our stores for your items purchased online. 

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ONLINE ORDER?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange service. Please simply return the product you wish to exchange following the returns procedure above for a full refund, and then place a new order for the items that you would prefer. 

WHAT HAPPENS IF I JUST SHIP MY RETURN TO YOU MORE THAN 14 DAYS AFTER RECEIVING IT?

When we receive a returned product, our warehouse team check the consignment to validate that the return was dispatched within 14 days of receipt. Items dispatched more than 14 days after receipt do not qualify for a refund.

ONLY 14 DAYS TO RETURN? ARE YOU BEING FAIR TO YOUR CUSTOMERS?

Large retailers and some small retailers offer very generous return periods, often 28 days or more. We’re not prepared to try and match it because such a level of uncertainty over stock levels for a rolling 28-day period is manageable only with significantly higher operational costs - and therefore higher prices. We've made it our leading priority to maximise our unique designs, quality, and price.

Sorry, price adjustments will not be done for items with a reduced price. We only offer sales for a limited time, so by buying early you ensure that you get the style in the colour and size you want!   

IN-STORE RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

For in store purchases, you can return the items to one of our stores for credit note or exchange only within 14 days of purchase. We only accept items in original condition with original tags attached, and with a valid store receipt. Please return the item you purchased in­-store back to the store, and return the item you purchase online using our online return process.
